Refunding Orders

You are able to refund electronic payments, such as Stripe, through the application.

1. On the orders screen, select the order you would like to refund.
2. Click the Details button that pops up below the order.
3. In the window that pops up, click the Actions drop-down menu, and select Refund Stripe Payment.
4. Click OK in the dialog that pops up to confirm refunding the order.

The payment status is now Refunded.

Partial Refund

At this time partial refunds need to be processed through the Stripe account.
